Who we are

Planck Technologies AS, Oksenøyveien 10, 1366 Lysaker, Norway, is the controller for personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at contact@planck-tech.no.

Browsing this site

We do not set cookies, do not run analytics, and do not embed third-party content. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own domain, so browsing this site sends no data to third parties. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (IP address, time, and the page requested) for security and operations.

When you contact us

If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the information you provide: your name, email address, company, and message. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)). Where a form-delivery service is used to route form submissions to our mailbox, it acts as our data processor.

If you send us a job application, we use the information you provide to assess your application and contact you about it.

Retention and sharing

We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was sent for, or as required by law. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties beyond the service providers (hosting, email) needed to run our communications.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Contact us at contact@planck-tech.no to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.no).
