Just as the Nobel Prize in Chemistry celebrated the breakthrough of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), we launched Project BEACON on December 9.
This initiative focuses on developing a Moving Bed Temperature Swing Adsorption (MBTSA) process powered by MOFs to advance efficient, scalable CO₂ capture solutions.
Funded by the Research Council of Norway (RCN) under the Collaborative and Knowledge Building Projects (KSP) program, BEACON brings together SINTEF Industry, NMBU, ProfMOF, and Planck Technologies.
We’re proud to contribute to this important step forward in Norway’s CO₂ capture innovation.
